SUMMER SPORT TOUR
Welcome to the paradise of a healthy and productive vacation. After spending a week with our coach and physiotherapist you will come home healthier, mindfull, educated and with new friends with the same mindset.
We encourage you to take part in something more than a regular holiday. During our healthy and happy lifestyle camp, you will wake up with daily stretching, workout in the mountains and on the coast of the Black sea. During workshops, you will learn new things about breathing, sports, and martial arts. To connect with nature we will spend 3 days in subtropical Mtirala national park, where we will hike, swim under the waterfall, sleep in the mountain shelter. And of course, we will enjoy famous Georgian cuisine and wines.

What to bring
Money for extra things in grocery stores, souvenirs or any other personal items.
A sleeping bag and a hiking backpack. If you do not have one, you can rent out from us.
What to Know
The nearest airport to our Camp is in Batumi (20 Km). Upon your wish, we can arrange airport transfers. Transfer cost - EUR 5. Also you can fly to Kutaisi (157 Km), transfer price will depend how much people are you together, but not more than 50 EUR.
During the free time of the arrival day, we can organize a wine degustation in a local winery or excursion to botanical garden; it is optional and will cost extra.
Flight tickets are not included in the tour price, as travelers arrive from various countries.
Arrive at the guesthouse, rest and prepare for the active week.
The first day we will start with breathing techniques workshop, you will learn and practice different deep breathing techniques. Also, you will get an insight on how to implement breathing at workout or exercising. It will be useful during all week and later in your life.
After lunch, we will enjoy the sun and the sea on training with elements of martial arts at the beach. The training will be held by an experienced kickboxing trainer!
In the morning, at the workshop, you will practice healthy and effective muscle stretching and relaxing techniques. You will get to know: why you should stretch and if you should stretch at all? How long you should stretch? What you should stretch? How to warm up your body before the workout and after a workout?
You will learn what NOT to do before the workout as well as we will break some stereotypes about the term "muscle stretching". It will be very interesting and could get even mind-blowing for some.
After lunch we will take you to the mountain landscape for the functional workout, you will train your body and mind, coordination, heart and strength.
This day we will move from the Black sea coast to the green mountains in Mtirala national park. In the first part of the day, we will hike till mountain shelter (1250m). Surrounded by stunning nature, hundreds of years old trees, we will experience one of the first fitness activities - hiking. This is a simple trail, you do not need to have any special skills.
On the sunset in the mountains after a long hike, we will make light intensity training. The main focus will be set on muscle stretching and relaxing at the end of the training. It will be medium/high-intensity workout that will be adjusted to any physical background and experience.
After a night spent in a mountain shelter, we will have stretching practice as always and will start our way down. After we get to the guesthouse and lunch, we will have an outdoor harmonic exercise. At the class main focus will be held on your body awareness, on the stability of ankles, knees, core, shoulders as well as balance. The class will lead a physiotherapist/Pilates trainer. In the evening we celebrate life with a grill party and glass of home wine.
After morning stretching we will go to the Tsablnari waterfall and then swim in the mountain lake. On the road, we will have fun and remember how to be kids in the rope park and slide on the zipline.
And of course evening workout. It will be high/medium intensity training in the outdoor gym. This is strength training for all body muscle groups. After intensive workout, your mood will improve. Workout and be happy! :)

“Last week was my first experience with Camp Caucasus and first experience with mountain camping in general. In this case the organisers showed a high level of professionality organising these kind of camps. 1) organizational part was up to point; 2) organisers communicated with us properly before the camp to inform what to bring with us/what not to bring/what to expect/ what we will eat etc. in all aspects so I felt prepared; 3)in mountains we can never predict the weather percisely and I liked that organisers were open minded to change something in our scedual so we don't miss the most beautiful sights. 4) One thing I did not prepare myself was that the hiking in mountains was actually hard for me ( and I'm trained :), so be prepared physically. Another thing I did not prepare myself was generosity of Georgian people and a LOT of tasty food there. 🙃”
